2. How to Purchase
At checkout, you may select Shipping Protection. The service fee will be added to your order total. Please note this protection applies per order and only covers the products included in that specific order.
3. Claims Process
- Contacting Xcotton: If your order is lost or damaged, contact Xcotton immediately with your Shipping Protection service number. You will also receive detailed instructions and contact information after purchase.

4. Liability Statement
Once Shipping Protection is purchased, Xcotton assumes responsibility for any shipping-related damage or loss. We will support you by providing necessary order details, but the claims process will be managed directly by Xcotton.
